Location is good, room is clean and size is good. Staffs are helpful. Good to have parking space in Taipei.

Room/bathroom is clean and comfortable, near subway around 10min walk, spacious parking lot

Poor soundproofing in the room, you can clearly hear people closing their doors

Downtown area surrounded with restaurants. May find several good ones by walking distance.Traffic also okay, and easy to catch a taxi.

Walking distance to metro station, clean and comfortable rooms. Free parking was a godsend, especially in Taipei. Service was friendly.

The facilities were very clean and nice. We had the opportunity to stay in a standard room and onsen room. Loved being able to experience both rooms. Both were very clean with modern designs.

I understand this is more of a day spa/ hotel but would have been good to still have a gym for travelers who come to this hotel to stay. I did find both rooms a bit small but still well designed. Would’ve been nicer if the staff moved our luggage from one room to the other when our reservations changed.

The room is spacious and has a nice and open view with a balcony. There are many food stalls which are just adjacent to the hotel.

The balcony is a bit dirty, seems they will not clean it regularly. It is hard to enter the bathtub. The location is not close to any MRT stations.

Decent and ok value for money. Not super near the train station but has underground parking.

very slight musty smell when I first got in my room. did not bother me much though. also seemed a bit expensive compared to other hotels around that were already sold out.

The room is clean, cosy and spacious. Location is good, lots of local food options around, 7-11 and family mart. It’s also in a quiet neighbourhood with two parks near the hotel. Nanjing Fuxing is the nearest station, about 10 min walk from the hotel + another 2-3min walk to get to the platform (green & brown lines).

I can’t say i don’t like the location, it’s in a good vicinity thats near to everything (zhongshan, ximen etc) but the walk going to and from the MRT can be a bit tiring especially when you have shopping bags at the end of the day (you can always take an uber if you prefer). The bathroom needs a little upgrading (but I love their japanese toilet).

It’s a very decent and neat hotel. The lobby isn’t busy so we were attended to very promptly. The staff are attentive and helpful but quite business like ( not very friendly or smiley). The vicinity is a local neighbourhood so we get a good sense of local life. It’s a 10 min pleasant walk to the metro. The room is of a decent size, very clean and bright.

The suite was enormous and excellent value for money. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything I could have wanted. The location is nice and quiet with a lot of places in walking distance. Bus stops are a few minutes' walk away, and there's a 7-eleven right across the street.The decor is lovely with a lot of attention to detail, both in the room and in the lobby and hallways.The bathroom was very big with a great shower, a bidet, and generous amenities.

Really nothing to complain about.

The staff was very amazing and helpful, the facility was great the location of the hotel was superb. I planned my proposal there, and the staff desk staff was super accommodating and provided all the assistance i needed. Cant thank them enough. The room is also super beautiful with a very photogenic bathroom. Def would come back for a relaxation trip another time.

The hotel dont provide breakfast (but plenty of good local food around).
